Hay días en los que no toco nada, al menos nada interesante. A veces es necesario un estímulo para comenzar otra vez. En esta oportunidad el episodio (05) escapa del piano después de recibir una llamada importante. Gracias por escuchar.

Alberth's blues (takes 1 & 2)

Another totally improvised blues, includes takes 1 & 2. This way ends the show of recordings made a couple of weeks ago with my friend and colleague David Leon. This blues is freedom, it becomes extremely fast as well reaches the end of take 2.

Otro totalmente improvisado que incluye las tomas 1 y 2. Con éste termina la presentación de la serie de grabaciones que hice hace un par de semanas con el amigo y colega David León. El blues es mucho más suelto que el anterior y se vuelve exageradamente rápido cuando se acerca el final de la toma 2.

DGLA's blues (takes 1 & 2)

This time I have a friend on the guitar: David Leon.
I've meet him at university but never got the chance to play together, we have recently finished the career and finally got a meeting at my place.
We recorded 3 covers and 2 blues sessions, in this episode you will hear DGLA's blues, includes takes one and two. As always improvising, with some mistakes; I don't like to edit them 'cause makes recordings human.
Anyway, Is the first time I use Audacity to record and softly edit the track. Hope you like it.

Esta vez tengo a un amigo en la guitarra: David León.
Lo conocí en la universidad pero nunca tuvimos la oportunidad de tocar jutos, recientemente terminamos la carrera y finalmente nos reunimos para tocar algo en mi casa.
Grabamos tres versiones y dos sesiones de blues, en este episodio vais a escuchar DGLA's blues que incluye las tomas 1 y 2. Como siempre improvisando, con algunos errores; no me gusta editarlos porque hacen que las grabaciones sean humanas.
Es la primera vez que uso Audacity para grabar y hacer ediciones leves al track. racias por escuchar.

Con la sordina
Segundo episodio, o más bien sesión del podcast con interferencias de origen y orden aleatorio: alberthgutierrez unplugged. En este he querido experimentar sobre cómo suena el piano usando la sordina. Para quienes no sepan: la sordina no es más que una tela de fieltro que se interpone entre los percutores y las cuerdas metálicas del arpa, lo que se logra con esto es que el sonido mucho menos fuerte y brillante sin alterar las notas originales del piano, que de por sí está desafinado. Gracias por escuchar.

I have just recorded this rehearsal playing piano, the quality is really poor cuz first I recorded using a cassette machine, after that just push play and record again using the online feature of podomatic. Thats the way my reharsal are, awful, full of interferences, mom sneezing, grandma playing dominoes, dog barking, sometimes even parrots sings! And now something else to this sound salad? podomatic interference, the music u listen behind *merengue? was not there when I made the record for first time, it came when I was using podomatic recorder.
